Advanced Recreational Gymnastics:
By Invitation

Our Advanced Recreational programme is invitation only. Gymnasts will be invited to join our advanced recreational programme from within our recreational classes, when they have attained the required standard to enable them to safely learn advanced gymnastics skills across all apparatus.

Advanced recreational sessions are 2 hours in length, allowing a greater amount of time for physical preparation, conditioning and practice of advanced skills.

10 years and Under

• Wednesday, Friday – 4.30pm to 6.30pm
• Saturday – 1.00pm to 3.00pm

11 years and Over

• Wednesday, Friday – 6.30pm to 8.30pm
• Saturday – 3.00pm to 5.00pm
